We're now launching new markets in the ASEAN region - and we're looking for someone who can build a business from the ground up in a new country as if it were their own.

We're looking for a business owner in spirit and experience - someone who can launch new things, understand the unfamiliar quickly, take responsibility and lead. You don't wait for instructions. You are used to acting first and debugging the system later. You are ready to do a lot of things by hand in the beginning, and then build a team and processes around you.

🟣  What to do?

• Launch a new country from scratch in the ASEAN region.
• Assemble the regional team and take over its coordination.
• Take full responsibility for P&L: fulfilment of the revenue plan and retention of target codes.
• Set up the operational infrastructure: funnels, payment solutions, processes.
• Build channels of attraction, sales and retention.
• Launch the educational process (the basic model is already in place.
• Scale the model and make key market decisions.

• Experience in launching a business, country or new direction in a start-up or fast-growing product.
• Strong experience in one of the key areas: marketing, sales, product launches, growth.
• Experience in managing a team and building workflows.
• Willingness to get hands on.
• Ability to prioritise, build from scratch and make quick decisions.
